I don't know about 'exercises', but here goes !
The best way to practice listening comp. is to actually listen to some english dialogues. So where do we get such dialogues?...I found "Hard Talk" on BBC by Tim Sabastin to be good.
Better than the TV , Radio is the best, you get a feel of listening and not watching. Try to follow the speakers. Listen to the news in english.
