If u r sitting in the center in a discussion always try to keep turning ur head so that u r looking into everybody's eyes.

GD's are so simple Raghuveer....Imagine u r talking with the TMians face-to-face on some issue that's all there is to it....Once u get the hang of it, it should be like a walk-on-the-cake.

Hope they are indeed. But poor me, I am competing against otheres who have better ranks, and are prepared for this.

Try practicing some issues about Indian cricket team management or the war on Iraq etc with ur friends....and try to read India Today, Business World, Time, Economic Times as much as u can before u go for the GD's, bcoz, usually they tend to give current topics, concentrating on managerial actions for discussions
