n = 7f + 5
2n = 2(7f +5)

2n = 7(2f) + 10
2n = 7(2f) + 7 + 3
2n = 7(2f + 1) + 3

therefore the remainder is 3



if w,x,y,z are consecutive positive integers:
(w+x)(x+y)(y+z) is always odd (odd + even = odd, and odd * odd = odd)

an odd number divided by 2 gives remainder of 1
