Wait, because I just woke up and I am a bit confused: what does it mean ''no tuition?'' in your title? no tuition waiver or no tuition needed to pay (i.e. that you earned a tuition waiver)?

From the tone and the content of your post I deduce that it is the former, but please clarrify this . In this case, yes, I agree that you can safely reject the offer.
