the more "senior" the TM member that grants you "reputation" is, the more points you get. I think it is 1 square from 0-99 reputation, 2 squares from 100-199 and 3 for 200-299 etc.

. Check you points and then I will leave you some reputation and tell me how much my "reputation" worth, ok???
