I would suggest you to apply for top 20 B Schools in US. They are better than the Best IIMs in India. That is one of the primary reasons IIM grads apply for top B schools.
ISB is expensive to Indian standards ...but has a very good MBA programme. Better than IIMs for what people say. ISB has faculty of international reputation but is far less hyped becuase of its cost.
2)Looking for Easy Life?
If you want to take life easy and you think you can get into IIMs without much hassle ...go for it. It is glorified more than it deserves and you can get really good placements there. But getting there is pretty competitive.
You dont need to have much work ex to get into IIMs ...which is an advantage in your case.
