Without social security number, Washington board of pharmacy doesn't issue pharmacist intern certificate but ofcourse they issue deficiency letter showing that we reviewed your application and examanation requirement and it shows that you are eligible to get pharmacist intern license but however according to section ....so..so.so...we require social security number, When you will provide social security number,we will issue your certificate. That kind of letter i got it from them. According to lawyer, this kind of letter is enough to apply for H-1B.

Anyway, for me situations has been changed lately and i have decided not to go in washington so further i have not inquired more about it.
