Why dont you go through the power prep software? The tests given there are exactly how you will get in your TOEFL test.
Well here are the timings! There are four sections. The first one is the listening. It is of 15 minutes, this does not include the time spent while listening to the coversations. The next is the structure section which is also 15 minutes. The third one is reading which is of 70 minutes. The last is the writing one. You are given 30 minutes to write your essay!
