Thanks for replying. Maybe I should make some facts clearer.
1) I did take GMAT several times. I improved from mid 500 to 700; my most recent GMAT did go down (actually went down a lot from 700).
2) On my work experience: This is actually the first year, my agency made the promotion to Auditor In Charge competitive. I got the promotion after I briefed the Regional Insepector General for the audit I worked on. I have been the auditor in charge for several audits since my second year of employment. I am wondering if I show in my essay how I have improved and taken initiative during those 3 years, will that help me to differentiate myself?
3) I choose non-for-profit/healthcare goal not because of my extracurriculars, but because I already have work experience in the healthcare sector.
4) Will Indiana be a stretch too?
