And the funniest part is you want to sell medicines to people here who are license holder's / pursuing the same in this field , without a prescription????? This is against federal law.
Want to refer more about this , before promoting anything more go on the the Federal government website or the state website(wherever you belong to) and see the rules there. You are inviting great trouble.
