My suggestion is to always go to the best possible university you can.
You can surely find some sort of funding at GaTech in the form of RA/TA's.
The professors at GaTech are simply amazing. After GaTech, you can land up in Phd at top notch schools like MIT, Stanford, Berkley or CMU. GaTech name counts a lot when you apply to these schools. You can make up the money you lost for MS within 6 months after graduation. So, you can apply for Phd just after 1 year of working. You can surely land up in great university for Phd after MS from GaTech. So, always go to the best possible university you can.
