Would you say technical expertise is valued by B-schools? I understand that 30% of MBA students in top B-schools are engineers. Are those guys partly evaluated on technical expertise or just on some "hand-wavy" definition of leadership put together by some psychologist. In engineering, typically, leaders are those that are most technically talented.
