hi...
this is not an easy country, specially when it comes to dealing with lots of people in the work place . i,ve seen alot through my work , when i first started i worked as a technicain , even though i graduated with honor 5 yrs earlier as a foreign graduate. you come across technicians with terrible attitudes , who sometimes hate themselves, lets put it this way : my pharmacy manager was lacking managerial skills , and i wasnt treated as i should be. so i put an action plan , i learned every single detail of a technician job , from insurances to inventory , you name it ......
when i became confident , i transferred to another pharmacy , where then i had my intern license , things were getting better . i got my graduate intern title , then finally a pharmacist .
for me it was a hard lengthy process , but i have to admit i learned alot.
my advice , be patient and learn from whoever you can learn from , you'll get there
