I don't know if there is a true "free" practice ibt Toefl, you can get 1 free test from ETS, but you have to give them your email address. The practice test itself is only useful to find out what is in the ibt test. The listening and reading to no harder than cbt, but the actual ibt test is harder. They only give you sample speaking questions and let you hear what they consider how high level, mid level, and low level response is. The writing had two types of essays.
In addition in the
TOEFL forum, there are several sites that is mentioned as having free ibt material or tests but I don't know how accurate or free those sites are. You are free to try them out, but be careful. Overall the forums are helpful and I hope it will help you as well. Good luck especially in ibt TOEFL.
