When and how has everyone been invited to interview? I haven't heard, so don't be shy to say you haven't heard either.

Phone? Email? Letter?

When were you invited?

How soon is the interview after the invite?

What tier of program?

Anyone who has had interviews, any suggestions on preparation?

I've applied to some top 20 programs for Marketing, but I'd like to hear about any field.
