Hello again, 21cn.
When you listen, do you understand every word as it is spoken? Or does it take you a moment or two to understand it? I'm asking because I know that a 'delay' in understanding can make it harder to understand all the words that come after a word you're trying to 'deciper.'
I remember when I first started learning Portuguese, I could understand newscasts fairly well, but would get lost around the middle because I couldn't keep up with the pace; in other words, they were speaking faster than I could listen!!
