Triptych, when you say end of this week, do you mean Feb 16, or Feb 23. I think I am headed toward a rejection.....
"fyi, final submissions from the various fields to the phd program office are going out by the end of this week, with formal letters being posted by the end of the month. the fields will likely be calling shortlisted candidates personally w.r.t. their apps. from what i heard in my own admit call, about half of the fields have finished their selections and are into the "calls" phase."
