GRE Verbal requires memorizing word list (3000+) in order to ace the antonym portion. GMAT verbal has Sentence Correction which is the toughest part to most test takers. Both exams have Reading comphrehension.

The quant on GMAT is supposed to be tougher, based on scores from those who have taken both exams.

I am not sure of the exact translation but here are some estimate.

GMAT - 650
equivalent to
GRE - 1350

I got this info from Universities that accept both exams. The school website would state a minimum of 650 is expected for GMAT and a 1350 for GRE.

Based on your GRE score/break down, I would guess you should hit the 700+ barrier on GMAT, however, I think you should at least look at the exam material and take a few sample exams from ETS (GMATprep - downloadable from their website).
