Hi Erin

A week ago,i started having some problems in trying to open attachments
for problem posted on TM for which their posters need answers.As i try to
open the attachment i get the following message:

Oops! nhy02, you can't do that. Here are a few possible reasons why not:

The link doesn't exist on this site. Yeah, we know--you probably clicked a link to get here. Bottom line is that the link is gone for one reason or another.
The link exists, but you can't access it. Usually this happens when a new user tries to download something but can't yet. (You need a certain number of posts before you can either upload or download things.)
Your account isn't fully verified yet.

And i have 45 posts so far , so i am seeking your help.
