Please read page 4, last paragraph. It says that foreign pharmacy graduates face additional barriers to achieving U.S. licensure. They have language difficulties, knowledge of specific U.S. pharmacopeias, limit transfer of education credits, and other obstacles decrease opportunities for foreign graduates to enter the workforce.
