When it says within 2 weeks from the WA board. The letter was dated July 18. Today is July 30 so that might be the real answer.

Let's send the complaint to IL Attorney General, IL Consumer Complaint, and US Commission.

I completely agree with you. The justice system in this country is so strong. America is stronger than other countries because of establishing of the strongest justice system. Let's the justice do its work. I have complained for too long now. I can't see any more victims in the process. If we won't do next step further, we are the people to be blamed for the system failure.

The answer came even before we sent out the additional information. It is easiest to say no. Probably, nobody even read the letters.
