The trick is that ETS tried to sell only bad test centers first, then sell a bit better test centers later. I know this trick.

It is normal to charge for rescheduling fee. Actually, to be fair, if the test cannot be operated or canceled, ETS must pay us back $50 plus traveling fee.

This is one of 1,000 stories we have known for years. Then, NABP says that iBT is the best. This policy just made people angrier and angrier.
