I don't know what do you use as a reference, but in my books it nowhere said about increasing dose of antipsychotic - usual recommendation is to remove offender, if possible, switch to clozapine - some improvements are seen sometimes. Also treat with benzodiazepines...

About felbamate - well... I was worried I didn't even recorgnized the name

so I started searching It's not in TC, it's not in CPS (neither in the list of products or discontinued) in wiki it said felbamate was approved and then withdrawn in US. Now it's only approved in UK in US on limited bases. So my verdict is - forget about it.
