Visas and greencard worries

I have some questions regarding Visas and work permit and Green card .
I must admit my knowlege is limited when it comes to this issue.
I guess this is the major issue who will face all people here who aren't US residents and want to work in the US.

suppose the following,
after I got my FPGEC I got my intern license and contacted managers to sponsor a H1b Visa for me . I finished my internship on this Visa whithin a year . The H1B has still 2 years to expire as it lasts for 3 years . I applied to take the NAPLEX and got finally registered . Now how can I work ? I have no visa ? Can I use the H1B visa to work as a registered pharmacist ???

I'll need the green card to work ? will the employer sponsor this green card in Step one of the precedure ?

The major question is , if you are not currently a permenant resident how are you going to work as a registered pharmacist?

Any body knows who I can ask regarding this issue ?
