Gather the people to work first. Then, human resources will do the work. If we don't have human resources, we can't do anything.

I don't dream. We have run a few associations since I graduated more than 20 years ago. I also used to run a charity organization in my family since I was young. It is still there and works well. This kind of organization requires spirit, sacrifice, and generosity. It is a kind of social work.
