Sorry, I miss your post. What is the letter that you are talking about? NABP and State Board are different entities. NABP consists of members of 50 state boards.

Pharmacy State Board manages and controls pharmacists in its own state.

I am opening the PO BOX and we all can send all documents related to TOEFL complaint to that mail box.
