I apologize for not realying to your posts earlier - i didn't realize this thread was still alive. Unfortunately, I seem to have misplaced my notes and I can't find them. I can imagine that the file/notes I posted in December of 2006 is archived somewhere on testmagic. Please contact the forum admins requesting that they retrieve this archive. Good luck to all.
