I guess that it might be a mistake. There might be someone that has the same name as yours. Please recheck with NABP. Be prepared to get a lawyer if the letter is correct. If you received the letter to sit for the exam, you should be fine.

Thousands of candidates passed FPGEE but could not achieve TOEFL requirement after several attempts. Percent passing rate on the speaking section is only 10 percent.
