You might also consider following some of the courses at the ArsDigita University. Especially Discrete Math, Algorithms, and Theory of Computation. Together they cover the entire theory section which is worth 40% of the AGRE. These will also be the hardest for those not coming from a CS background.

I did not take any of the above courses, but I've read that they are quite good.
