For schools with rolling admissions, you will want to apply as soon as possible. There are a certain number of seats available per entering class meaning the longer you wait, the smaller the number of seats there will be for you to compete for.

Also, it's not typical for many students to apply during the winter months (Nov-Jan). If you are able to get your complete application in during this time, you will be at a great advantage. Your application will get a more thorough review and there will be fewer students for you to compete against.

At my school, ALL the applications are read. They are sometimes read multiple times by different people, especially when we are dealing with a small review pool.
