Which schools are you applying to?
As you gain more years of management experience, undergraduate GPA becomes less of an issue. The GMAT will be an important factor in your review since you've been out of school for at least four years, right?
Also, letters of recommendation are critical. Make sure they are strong and speak to your management, interpersonal, team-work, and/or time-management skills.
I used to volunteer for BBBS also; it was a rewarding experience. For MBA school, you might also want to join some local professional associations. It's a good way to expand your network and possibly further develop your professional skills.
