CalmLogic radiates success.
Anyway, regarding the important stuff, their professors seem excellent:

Graduate Programs- TIM @ SVC - Information Systems Management - Jack Baskin School of Engineering, UC Santa Cruz
ISTM Department Faculty Information at UC Santa Cruz
ISTM Department Affiliated Faculty and Lecturers

Since I like Information Retrieval, I noticed that Dr. Zhang seems like a rising superstar:
UC Santa Cruz - Review Magazine: Fall 2007

Someone who worked in Dr. Zhang's IRKM lab and graduated with just an MS degree is now a research engineer at IBM:

Also, it seems their courses are really pushing the importance of probability models and operations research, which is another thing I like.

So I now see why you applied. The Technology & Information Management (TIM) program seems excellent as well as new, exciting, and very promising:

These analytically-trained graduates will be prepared to take leadership roles in existing companies or to help create new enterprises. Its Ph.D. graduates will be exceptionally well-equipped for careers in academia or industrial research.

Graduate Programs- TIM @ SVC - Information Systems Management - Jack
I feel envious
