Dear forum members,
I recently heard that exist a law or kind of rule about Toefl necessity.
Could you help me with this ?
Is it true that it is not required to take Toefl if u lived in USA for 2 years to apply for University admission? Is there any source about this policy? And if so what does it states?
Will appreciate any help!
