However, no matter what you do, please think about the image of H-1B applicants who are and will be sponsored in the future.

Many companies do not want to sponsor because the hassle of H-1B. If the trouble is caused from INS or government regulations about the number of quota, it is another issue but please do not make employers so freak out that they don't want to sponsor foreign pharmacists anymore because you are not playing a fair game.
