I'm surprised you haven't gotten any responses yet. I guess it really depends on your long-term employment goals. You may want to also post in the economics forum. Certainly, I would think there are more H1B sponsorships for traditional IT jobs than financial engineering, which would probably favor the INI program at CMU in that circumstance.
