Hi everyone,
Thank you all for sharing your experience here! I am actually looking for an intern opportunity in CA as well. However, there is no luck for me so far.

I have tried all the chain stores I know of, but not every one of them emailed me back: Wal-Mart responded that currently they don’t have positions available for international pharmacy interns in the Southern California area, while Walgreens asked me to send in a snail mail letter. As for all the others, like CVS or Rite Aid, I never heard anything from their recruiters after emailing them.

I started to feel discouraged. I was wondering if my experience of getting no response back is typical. Have any of you had or heard similar stories? If there is any, could you please share your thoughts? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
