I'm confident that NABP understands well that TOEFL iBT is a total mess.. As a regulatory body, NABP was supposed to have taken appropriate action long time ago. Let's get together and meet them. Maybe this time NABP will act appropriately after realizing that we know our rights more than what they think.
Check the link below for another ugly experience from TOEFL iBT test taker. In my opinion, TOEFL iBT should be banned altogether.. This is more than stealing in broad daylight.... This is totally inexcusable.
