1.Are you all applying from outside the USA?(I am outside USA) I AM OUT OF THE USA
2.Were you required by the sponsor company to be outside the USA or be in your country of residence upon filing? THEY DID NOT SPECIFY ANY SUCH THING. YOU CAN BE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD WHEN YOUR SPONSOR FILES YOUR PETITION.
3.What will happen if someone gets her H1b approved while staying in the USA during the whole process? NOTHING SIGNIFICANT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU ARE LEGALLY STAYING IN THE USA.
3.Is there any final date for H1b visa stamping? I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THIS POINT.
