Speaking = 26 is at 89 percentile of total candidates. That means when ranking 100 candidates, you must be the candidates who received higher scores than other 89 candidates. It is worse than last year.
The average score of the candidates from English speaking countries and United States is 22 on the speaking section.
Last year, the average speaking score of the candidates from English speaking countries = 23.
