As biochemistry is also one of the part in pharmacy,I don't think you will have a problem.You can always explain them like pharmacy got so many links with microbiology,bio-chem,biotech and so on.I think you have a major pharmacy bachelors degree and you have FPGEC certificate.So don't worry,you will get selected and in the worst senario you may get a queiry but your lawyer can always explain them and resolve this issue.Keep your spirits up.
