OK, so your interests are in robotics/AI/machine learning? Anything I'm missing? What about computer vision? Is that a minor interest compared to
machine learning (Can anyone suggest me some good universities for Machine Learning?)?
(BTW, you may want to briefly consider the University of Utah since their pre-application fee is only $15 or so. But then when you add the cost of score reporting and the inconvience of sending recommendation letters, I guess it's not a big deal.)
