Even a Lawyer cannot be 100% sure that he is finished and will not receive any more receipts or approvals.
USCIS will return all the applications/petitions which are not selected in lottery to their respective companies or concern lawyers. This may be done around ending of May. You Still have two days to try your luck that is 5th May.
