I guess that's true so maybe a better way to put this is that I was wondering if UCL has a "1+1+3" scheme or something like that. Anyway, I was hoping that UCL would have had a track with MSc plus a conditional offer to proceed to the PhD programme.

My situation is somewhat difficult. I should have two masters (economics + statistics) ready in Finland before I (hopefully) begin my graduate studies abroad. The problem is that I'm not sure whether my two masters are enough for a straight admission to a PhD programme in UK or not. I know that there are at least a couple of Finnish PhD students in UK who have done first a MSc in UK in addition to their master from Finland so this got me wondering.
