I am from Philippines and Im not ashamed to say I passed IBT after 3 attempts. Its very discouraging but we need to go on and keep on trying. My preparations include improving my vocabulary so I studied my dictionary, thesaurus, you must be able to use varied words in one sentence or paragraph. Remember that IBT is used for students intending to attend collage in US so we need to use collage level english, formal english. For speaking portion which is the most difficult try to practice. Get a sample question answer and record it using the actual timing 45 secs or 60 secs, afterwards listen to your answer write it down and see what are you mistakes, repeat it again and correct you errors. Also, it is helpfull if you know the sequence of the 6 task so you know what to do next. For writting portion practice writting essays using varied vocabularies using actual timing also. Its tough but i think you can make it with God's grace!! goodluck
