Kim Miller is a legal advisor for riteaid company. All she does is file all H1-B applications with USCIS (Unites States Citizenship and Immigration Services) on behalf of people whoever are sponsored by riteaid company. Once USCIS selects applications using random selection process, they will issue the receipt number for those cases that are selected. Then USCIS will forward the recipt notices with the receipt number for each case selected to the kim Miller. Then Kim Miller will e-mail those people whose cases have got receipt number. Kim Miller has no rights to issue any receipt number. It is the USCIS that has power to issue that receipt number, which is nothing but tracking number.
