Hey all,
I applied with rite aid regular quota in california,and still waiting for any respose.Kim told me that they have not received any returned petitions yet,thus, I still have a chance.This waiting is killing.Any one has any news on that issue?when will we know?I know few applicants who received receipt notes from kim,however,they are very few!on what basis do they send the receipt notes?do the area play a role?do they(USCIS) send the returned petitions at last?
