I'm not familiar with non-CS engineering, but your GRE score and possibly your GPA (as I am unaware of your class rank and reputation of your university) probably require safer options to assure admission. Certainly, no one is assured admission into Berkeley, CMU, or UIUC.
In any case, even for UF, I would retake the GRE to get a higher quantitative score. The average quantitative GRE score for all engineering grad students at UF is over 750, from what I remember when I had a USNews subscription.
