Thank's Knok for all your efforts, I personally appreciate all of it after reading the threads.
I'm one of the silent type. I already passed FPGEE and I took the TOEFLibt a year ago, twice, but got only 23 in speaking for both exams then I stop, it's expensive.
I believe that there is a money making deals or some kind in this test, monopoly?.
I think we can ask NABP to lower their required score, I don't think it will affect their standard since employment will still depend on how the candidate will answer interviews here, right? The score they are requiring is ridiculously high knowing that we're not native speakers, even the test is inappropriate for us. If they can't do that they should give us an option instead. I'm wondering also why ETS removed the TSE, I have a friend who took the ibt twice and of course failed the speaking, took the TOEFL and TSE and passed. I'd like to do that but the problem is there is no more TSE.
We really need to be heard. I would like to help you guys but the problem is I can't physically be there but I will support in any ways I can.
Good luck to us!
