MDK, thank you for your response.
I plan to attend graduate school in Sping 2009. Therefore, I still probably have sometimes to retake the GRE. However, my worry about retaking the test is that I may possibly get lower score on the verbal because English is my second language. I saw a few postings in this forum with the content expressing the lower scores on the second attempt. By any chances, what do you suggest for improving my quantitative score? I took a lot of math courses in college, so I had alot confidence in my mathematical ability. With that in mind, I did not spend much time to study for quant section at all for the two previous attempts (During these two tests, I spent so much time using long and tedious calculations to solve the quant problems. I ran out of time at the end). On the other hand, after my abysmal score in the verbal section of my first attempt. I spent a lot of time study for this section. Even though, I am not so confident on the reading comprehension questions.

At the begining of this post, I mentioned that I plan to attend grad school in Spring 2009. However, I applied to some schools for the fall 2008 and hope to request for a deferment after getting accepted. In addition, If getting rejected, I can also try to analyze my profile's weaknesses and try to imrove my profile for the spring application. From my perspective, I also believe that my GRE Quant score is kind of low for the CS program.
These are the schools I applied so far:
University of Arizona
University of TX-Dallas: total GRE score must be at least 1200 (V+Q)
University of TX-Arlington
New Mexico State University

What is my chance of getting accepted into University of TX-Dallas? I believe this school has a very decent CS program. I like its research institute (CyberSecurity and Emergency Preparedness Institute). The reason is that I want to specialize in Computer Network and Network Security.
