I agree with munna2002 in that Manhattan gmat is a pretty accurate measurement of how you're going to do on the actual gmat. I scored 670 on manhatten and 680 on the actual gmat.
Also, personally i think
GMATprep is a bit harder than the actual exam.
From my experience,
GMATprep + 20to40 points = actual GMAT
